Lo estamos haciendo cada vez mejor, pero no es suficiente. Hace falta cambiar hábitos, crear conciencia (ajena a cualquier ideología) y mucha valentía política.

I was thinking that I, too, had quit smoking thanks to Allen Carr's book. Back home, and I just found it on my shelves: the 44th Spanish edition!
My friend Ana gave it to me in May 2004, and a few days later, I smoked my last cigarette. 😊

I totally understand you. My mother is a doctor and also prevented me from nicotine withdrawal. She offered me alternatives in case I needed them, but fortunately, I didn't.
We are lucky to be out of this!
