In his book he talked disparagingly about people on government assistance. He represented himself as part of Appalachia but I am someone who actually did grow up in Appalachia and he is fake.

What is her recourse? Can she sue? Can charges be brought against the thugs who attacked her? The only crime I saw is the one being committed against this woman.
