That was a HUUUGE indicator for us. Finding ourselves using different tones with others and especially alone, randomly picking up new hobbies or interests, having conflicting opinions about the same things...

My biggest piece of advice is try to bridge the gap of communication!

I ( host ) typically don't use it unless I'm talking about our system as a whole, if that makes sense? It varies between hosts and fronters, but that's our general rule of thumb!
