I have a character on Nysa but any Qs lmk, but tbh you'll pick up stuff like all MMOs as you go.
I have like nearly 3000 hours in that game 😕 - actively played until about 10 or so months ago

That's good 😊 If you haven't experienced Amrine yet, plus there's an XP bonus 3x per day - (half level of XP)
There's Activities > Expeditions and Random (bottom left)
Sadly however you will find it'll be lvl 65s joining you and a bit of a steamroll but you can queue while doing other stuff

How are you finding Bifrost and the New World experience? I was a teeny bit disappointed they opened up the server for transfers tbh 😆
