Seeking refuge from Musk and all his crap on the Twitter / X echo chamber. Sport in general MUFC in particular, throw in some GAA and a little dark humour for laughs.
Is he learning, that to succeed at United (or any big club) flexibility is an absolute requirement. Still find it difficult not to be highly critical of a wasted first 14 months. That said, onwards and upwards, hopefully to success.

Not sure how much the defenders can be blamed for last night.Utd brought a lot on themselves last night, 3 goals came from stupidly giving the ball away. Then by being outnumbered so often in midfield leaving them wide open.

Needs a De Ligt type beside him. Defence was left far too exposed last night, out numbered and out run in midfield far too often (formation issue). Think 3 of their goals came from United giving the ball away.

Have no time for the criticism some ex players are giving him. That said, every time he’s opens his mouth he’s proving them right.

2-2 incoming. United cannot control a game with this formation. Wolves are so obvs shite, but finished that half the stronger. United are a mess.

Think most people would agree with that.

Staggering to see Ugarte come on before him tonight. Plenty to blame players for but I’d be pointing the finger towards the manager for last 2 home results. Negative changes, inflexibility in his approach.Where’s the improvement?
December 4, 2025 at 10:12 PM
Time Amorim looked at himself.Poor (negative) substitutions, an obsession with playing players out of position and clinging to his sacred 343, all have me wondering whether he’s improving the team or in fact hindering improvement.
December 4, 2025 at 10:05 PM
Lacks any aggression, so weak and passive. A centre backs dream to mark.
December 4, 2025 at 8:56 PM
Can’t blame the match goer too much. A full year of mostly shite performances, last night up there with the worst and lot of it down to Amorims in game mgt.
November 25, 2025 at 8:37 AM
Don’t want to unload on Amorim, but one year in and they’re still leaking goals and the our main plan of attack is long balls from the back looking for a Sesko flick on. Am I missing something?
November 25, 2025 at 8:34 AM
Fingers can be pointed at certain players tonight and absences can used as an excuse. But Amorim’s slavish adherence to the same formation became an issue tonight, no ability to adapt even after goal or red card. The definition of insanity….

Always thought he was desperately overrated as a player. Never in the same league as Messi / CR7 (who is), as he never really did it on the big occasion

What time does Pizza Express open

Wide open on transition, again.
October 19, 2025 at 4:29 PM
3 of the back 5 clearly out of position. Midfield 2 slow and defensively weak and he’s rotating a £60m attacker even though he’s only playing one game a week. They may well win today but it’s very hard to have any optimism in what Amorim is doing.
October 4, 2025 at 1:34 PM
Yes there’s still gaps in that squad but he’s still underachieving with what he has available, but it will require him to change too. Change formation, play your better players (Yoro, Mainoo) accept that Fernandes should not be the centrepiece of everything.
September 28, 2025 at 9:38 AM
Think Amorims troubles are mostly self inflicted, whether it be slavish adherence to a flawed system or poor in game mgt. The argument that it’s the same group throwing the mgt under the bus the bus is wrong. He’s brought in 5/6 and moved the perceived problem players. This is not that bad a squad.
September 28, 2025 at 9:26 AM
Fernandes will never lead United to a League title. Doesn’t fit into Amorims flawed system and in my opinion has been oiss poor this season.
September 27, 2025 at 1:38 PM
Not sure it’s a team full of quality, but certainly if set up properly are capable of being competitive. The manager has become an issue and even with a full week’s preparation still look clueless.

Another who suffered as a result of Casemiro’s stupidity
September 20, 2025 at 10:24 PM
The first principle in managing a game is to keep the ball. How the hell does Ugarte not understand that?
September 20, 2025 at 10:22 PM
Think they are one Sunderland defeat away from being the crisis club.
