Jessica Tarlov, the liberal voice on The Five, breaks down the Border Patrol killing of Alex Pretti. Her co-host Kayleigh McEnany said Tarlov was "just as bad as Kristi Noem" for using the term murderer. Noem is a high ranking government official. Tarlov is not.

Jesse Watters came up with a wacky theory about Democrats, undocumented immigrants, the U.S. Census and Congressional districts. He got a LOT wrong which I've fact checked. Several red states, like Texas, have a much higher undocumented immigrant population than Minnesota.

This morning Deputy AG Todd Blanche said the DOJ 'always investigates' shootings and would be investigating the Border Patrol killing of Alex Pretti. Last week Blanche said the DOJ would NEVER investigate the ICE fatal shooting of Renee Good.

During the first hour of Fox & Friends Charlie Hurt blamed Alex Pretti for his own death. Later on he included the detail that an agent took Pretti's gun before he was shot. His explanation regarding the legality of the shooting didn't make sense.

Chris Clem, a former Border Patrol agent, gave a highly inaccurate description of the actions of Alex Pretti on the day he was killed. Pretti never brandished a weapon. His gun was taken from him before he was shot. He was shot several times after he was disarmed.

This morning on Fox & Friends Sunday Charlie Hurt blamed Alex Pretti for his own death. Pretti had not removed his weapon from its holster. He did not brandish it or threaten an agent at any point. Pretti was also killed by a CBP agent, not an ICE agent.
