The base thumps and the dancer drops, upside down faster than Megatron can blink and his legs are splayed wide, flashing the entire room with a view of his modesty panel and Megatron’s glass must have been faulty, the stem has snapped in his servo and he’s left holding the broken pieces with oil dripping over onto his digits. By the time he drags his optics back up to the stage, the dancer is on an entirely different pole, closer, his back to the audience of feral morons as he sways his aft enticingly over the pole in a motion Megatron’s targetting HUD tracks with near religious fervour. “Oh for sparks sake,” someone mutters beside him. He wastes no time putting his pede on Starscream’s chair and shoving it over backwards. --- On a neutral planet away from Autobot and Decepticon space, Optimus finds himself enjoying the work of a pole dancer once he turns down Ultra Magnus' generous offer. It's fun, he gets to set himself on fire, and his coworkers are pretty great too. And then deep space miner D-16 shows up. What's he supposed to do with a mech with gentle servos, uncountable scars, and a knack for poetry? Not fall for him? Oops.

“If that happens, I’ll give you another dance. Might even make it free,” Optimus winks and he dares to lean in as though going for a kiss – only to pause just above D-16’s cheek. He kisses the air above it, admiring the darker paint that graced the edges of D-16’s sharply lined face. “Goodbye, D-16.” he murmurs to the hitch of fans and slides off his lap, heading for the door without looking back. Outside, he hurries to the dressing room, nodding to his coworkers as they pass by. Once inside he finds a bare patch of wall and leans against it, venting hard as he slowly slides down to puddle on the floor.

Solid as Sand, Real as Dreams Thero (laraanita) Chapter 2 Summary: Megatron refuses to think further on that information. “He was in my way.” “Many are,” Megatronus agrees, and his helm tilts consideringly at Megatron. “I’ve decided what I wish to teach you this night.” Megatron’s plating rattles faintly, and even he is unsure if it's in fear or excitement. His fingers grip tight at his arms instead, grounding himself. “And that is?” Something about Megatronus’ optics makes Megatron think the Prime is smirking at him. “How to suck a spike.”

So I figured I'd try this bluesky posting thing. Have a snippet for my upcoming ch2 of Megatronus Prime/Megatron, post tf1 :D If you want to read the first one, I'll link it below, I think I'm about halfway through typing it up rn. #maccadam #valveplug
Megatron’s gaze drops heavily back to the pelvic array before him, focusing on where the six lines of gold vanish into the large curve of purple metal, knowing under there must lie his goal. What will it look like, will it resemble his own closely, or will it be vastly different? He recalls the way Megatronus sank one thick digit into him their first meeting, and he wonders about that part, when the lessons there will begin. He’s drawn from his musing by those very same thick digits reaching for him, grasping the metal of his chin and tilting his helm up until he’s meeting those all too knowing white optics again. “You seem nervous Megatron,” comes the teasing roll of the Prime’s voice, and Megatron can picture those black lips twisting behind their mask. “Surely a little thing like this isn’t enough to make you lose your nerve already?” “Of course not,” Megatron jerks his helm out of the fingers, looking at the panelling between Megatronus’ legs once more. “I was...planning my attack.”
