Bonus points: I make a ton of art of my pony with my IRL partner's pony and I'm making some special art for Valentine's Day with our ponies in it.

I feel like couples art hits harder when it's the artist and their partner's characters together.

That's one of my favorite things to make art of with the bonus of art of couples just being couples.

My Akai S5000 has Windows-only drivers and software. I have enough trouble making it work in a Windows XP virtual machine running in Windows 10, I can't imagine the quagmire I'd need to deal with to get it working in Linux.
