Good workout yesterday after a 2 day break from a cold. Hit a possible PR for the year (180) and still got 2 months left so room to improve.

Big return to 5k running tomorrow and it's going to be a doozy...

- SQUATS 4X12 start at 225, add 25 ea
- LEG PRESS 4x12 start at 450, add 50 lbs ea
- walking lunges (front to back)
- leg extensions 4x12 start at ????? Add 10 lbs
- leg curls 4x12 start at 90 lbs add 5 lbs
- calf raises 4x15 idk

Cardio cooldown: 10 min | incline at 11 | speed 3.1 mph
