I do not recall the source of this... perhaps a dream? Or a story I was working on. What I do recall is that I thought about it for some days before I drew it, and finished it quickly. I had a vision of a cloth deck chair on a boat, in the sky. It's simple, but I like it.

January 30th 22 Legends of Kaya - Spirit Tracks

There is something I love about mixing two things I'm into, and this was another case. I really like Zelda games, and I was getting into playing the DS games again(before I lost my charger). I also love @dragonkai.bsky.social's Twin Dragons webcomic.
A green cartoon train travels along rails in grass. Upon the train is a pole mounted "cannon" with a decal of a purple haired boy making a peace sign on the side. Jnside the cannon is a basketball with eyes painted on. On the fron of the train is a depiction of a snake. Behing the cannon pole is a cargo car bearing a symbol conposed of four circles and random shapes. Another car is behind that one. It the engineer's cabin stands a dog-boy, Rex from the comic Twin Dragons, wearing clothes similar to Link from Zelda Spirit Tracks' first outfit. He rests one arm out the side of the car, the other reaching up to place a hand on his hat. A ghostly dragon girl, Kaya from Twin Dragons, in a pirate outfit, flies ahead cheerfully.

Two characters I'd made for an urban fantasy at the time. Both were siblings who could magically turn into dragons and(themed around their base forms) each had psychic talents. Both were on the run, stopping in a relatively peaceful seaside town...

Another one of my favourites! This is fanart of World of Ruan, a webcomic I love. The comic is on indefinite hiatus, but it was still very meaningful to me, and I wanted to show my love for it. Pictured are Cait(the Mouse lady), Roxy(the robot) and a mystery character.

In 2022, I'd completely fallen in love with Night in the Woods(voicing it during my streams lead to tears at one point). I believed Pokémon S&V would be my next obsession. Knowing that, seeing the starters, the only logical conclusion was to meld the two!

October 2nd 2002 - Threat

I believe this was an Inktober drawing(Scurry), not sure. What I do recall, is that I'd made her in September, and I was so happy to finally draw her. This character was the original depiction of Grita/Marguerita, who was my second most popular character for quite a while.
A rodent(mouse or rat) lady in a dress shirt stands in a rickety-looking wood room. Around her are boxes of various sizes, cardboard and wooden. The larger cardboard box is leaking. There are candles at her feet, one sitting in smeared goop, there are traces on the ground where the cardboard box used to be where she stands. The wood walls around her are leaking. Shadows of rodents dart through the air around her. There is a ghost of a shirt and skirt sitting atop her. She is carrying papers in one hand. She is saying "I'm in danger?" In the shadows on the foreground boxes and floor at the bottom reads the text "No." "I assure you" "There is no threat but me."

July 3rd 2022 - Sash, remembering space

I tried to capture a dream/memory of one of my OCs, of travelling through space under your own power, as well as the comfort of memory. This would influence a lot of what I would later write about Sash.

Painfully short stream today, but here, have a chibi Alliette In drew in 40ish minutes.

I apparently forgot to also post my fanart of @dragonkai.bsky.social 's Benji from July. Drew him a dice-themed "cowboy"(he plays/runs a lot of roleplaying games). Had like 4 other drawings planned for him that I need to do, but haven't gotten to them yet.

For the heck of it, here was where I'd gotten to during my art stream yesterday. Her head was bigger, and the ears were less on model(I think they look more "goblin"). I think the new image is better than this, but I feel some... "wonder" was lost in the edits, especially in the Malina Kaya.

Here, has some art. It's been a while.

In a stark land of nigh endless lightning and strange rock formations, four odd companions share shelter and the ghostly light of a pale flame.
Depiction of an area with no signs of natural life, just sirt and stone. A large piece of stone curves over a patch of land, providing cover from lightning which is striking repeatedly nearby. There is a cave in stone. A distance from the cave, but still under cover, four creatures, two obviously alien, one apparently a robot, the last appearing human, from behind, encircle a ghostly while flame, relaxing. The whole scene is somewhat desaturated.

Did some searching and the shape of the vamp(learned new terms today) looked similar to Dior oblique 25 runners(similar, not spot on), but I met similar issues. Either vamp too light or the tongue attachment too dark, and none of them have that much colour. I'll take another crack later if I can.

Feels weird calling this a work in progress... both because it's from last May and because it *looks* like I could call it "finished", but it is.

I hope to complete this Outer Worlds fanart in the coming months by adding my character, Victory, to it. Maybe sharing it will help inspire me.

Demon design for a comic idea I had back in... March? of last year. I made this image at the time but never shared it.

Been thinking again about comic making as I was considering potential New Year's resolutions this year. That comic is among my top 5 picks for "if I do one".

Content Warning fanart! Had some real fun playing it during my Friday stream with friends, and decided to reinterpret some events with some of my OCs.

One of our spawns was real unlucky, with multiple monsters within spitting distance of our start!
