And then in 2020/2021 it's potentially rampant, but *mitigations* are holding it in check still.

I almost always find myself the minority in that area but it was definitely a valuable reminder not to judge a book by its cover. The gentleman that said it was not alone in his feelings in that garage, either. Nobody else was a Dem, by any means, but at least they saw the blatant corruption.
