Nonstick pan, don’t overheat it. Pull your eggs so that you get a more even cook. Don’t be afraid of the flip!

It was 11 outside so I made chicken noodle soup. Oh and protein flat bread.
I made a chicken stock from the bones of a Costco rotisserie chicken, if you don’t want to do that use bullion.
I measured nothing. Don’t over complicate it, it’s chicken noodle soup.
