cookies are out! really tasty. Next time, I may put a bit less cayenne in; I wanted it more in the background. BUT I put a lime glaze on some (not shown in this pic), & the sweet-tart of it balanced the spice beautifully! so, will keep that in mind in the future.

Felt like trying something wild this afternoon, so I subbed yellow squash into my favorite zucchini bread recipe. The experiment was a success!

and at least in my experience, they're all generally too young to remember the 80s when pink was perfectly acceptable as a masculine color, as demonstrated by this heartthrob of a guy. <3

I put a box out on the sidewalk in front of my house last week with some in it, and when I checked yesterday all but 2 had been taken! :)

Time for another little positive post! an instagram pal decided learning a new skill would be a good way to stay afloat in this madness, & I liked her idea, so I'm finally starting to try rock painting. I'm no artist, but this first batch was a lot of fun!

lol same here. I broke down & bought 1 from a friend rehoming her extras, & imho they are much cuter in person! I knitted mine a pride hat & a Folklore cardigan before she even arrived. :D
