Riku has been home for just over a week and is settled in. He's already grown and hasn't missed the litter box once! Watching him run around the room reminds me of Roxis when he was a puppy.

It hit me that Riku had never seen the outside world before he came home. He'd never heard the wind in the trees or seen actual sunlight. Today he saw the rain for the first time. It makes me emotional to think about😭.
