But swing voters aren't the key. Non-voters are. Turnout is what wins elections, not a tiny handful of people who can't be bothered to make up their minds. Therefore, inspirational and aspirational messaging is what should work.

Marin County has a 97% child vaccination rate. It used to be 83% about 15 years ago but things changed. If you want to be accurate, that crystal shop should be somewhere in Sutter County.
