I don’t know why so many people are mad at you for saying the literal truth. Maybe because it makes them a bit uncomfortable to have to acknowledge that Lennon wasn’t the great guy he was made out to be for so long.

On a completely biased level, I’m glad Isabelle exists because I relate to her so hard, and it’s so refreshing to see her, Cy and Lynn obtain a somewhat strained but very real sense of contentment and peace with one another by the end.

It sucks that a lot of people don’t get that the point of this isn’t to teach a moral like it’s an after school special. Things can just be about hurt people trying to find happiness. I hope you can keep up your passion for OPV despite all this, but I’d love to see what you make regardless.
