We wanted to call it a walking simulator but it appears after years of development that all you do in this game is talk to people. So i'm not really sure what kind of game it is. Maybe you can figure it out when the game comes out

magic garden rocks. feeling like a crazy person focusing solely on magic garden cherry for days while there are 49 perfectly good games calling from greener pastures rocks. mooncat is rly breathtaking. those are my takes so far i'll get back to you on this

sending energy & camaraderie

it's worth just dipping your toes in! everything it does different is enticing enough to play with on its own without expecting the whole ecosystem to cohere. it helps that i'm tired enough of FL's workflow to be sort of put off from making music in general, every new thing is a breath of fresh air

one of those things you imprint on at age 11 and never really stop doing. it's gotten a lot better over the years, i don't think i could ever hate it, but so much of its workflow is pretty disjointed and friction-ly in very load bearing ways

for years i have been gaslighting myself into believing that it's cool and okay for accessing complexity in a daw to feel like pulling teeth. all i have experienced w/ bitwig so far is a million "oh, you can just do that?" moments back to back & it feels like i'm having fun with software again

the only hole i see in this one so far is that putting in twin peaks *and* fateful findings is almost redundant. it's the same thing

idk if these things are supposed to be accurate or make sense. how are you supposed to have only 4 favorite movies. it's a spellcasting system
