Historically speaking the Supreme Court has always cared first and foremost about the Supreme Court and have been very reluctant to call anything that threatens to change the court unconstitutional. I'm hoping that stubbornness, even even paired with their sycophants will be a saving grace.

As great as this scenario is, I adore the dynamic when the collar gets put on the prey months earlier. They know their food and the metaphoric leash clasped to that collar reminds them they can't run. Nightly teasing leave the prey never knowing if this is the night you swallow.

You're absolutely right, the first thing that would kill ya if you were swallowed would be the CO2 buildup from your own exhales. But at the end of the day I don't have a breathplay kink, I have a vore kink.
I can certainly see those two kinks making a wonderful scene for those into both, though.
