For me, Canadian accents are 99% passable as American (or even English/Irish) except the moment that they fail to pronounced "sorry" my brain lights up immediately.

I lowkey hate online PVP vs. randos in any non-turn-based game because it forces me into a prisoner's dilemma game theory where if I don't lock in and go full try-hard I risk losing to someone who IS going full try-hard.
It's bad for my mental and physical health and not fun for my opponent.

Decided to go to MFF for a day (Saturday). I have no prior experience with conventions of any sort. I am surprised at how exhausted I felt both physically and mentally at times but it's been totally worth it. I wish I stayed the full weekend instead.
