Ending NATO should be one of the extremely few questions where enough bi-partisan votes should exist in Congress to stop Trump, up to impeachment. But such a coalition only happens if Democrats are ready to do the very hard work of persuading it to be ready to pull the trigger when needed.

Has also been one of my dreams for awhile to go watch a Rocket Lab Electron or even Neutron launch in Wallops NZ or in the US Virginia launch complex.

Not to my knowledge, as Rocket Lab have concentrated their US launches to the Virginia launch facility with both Electron/HASTE and the upcoming Neutron launches taking place from there. They recently completed the construction of the Neutron pad and are finalizing a barge for 1st stage landings.
