Iirc the signage was missing or unclear at the time. Doesn't change my opinion that people with health considerations shouldn't be blind drinking mystery drinks.

I've been saying this about that all along. I can't have grapefruit or pomegranate juice because of the meds I take, so I don't drink stuff I can't ID.

Not the same thing, but dating a woman that's poly was like this, but without the overconfidence of the beginning of the video. Like, "Yay, I'm dating someone finally... oh, no time for me? Cool..."

It had a lot of caffeine but the people that died were sensitive to it. I've had more caffeine in a day than the ~400mg the charged lemonade had. It was a matter of a lack of signage and (IMO) people with health considerations not being discerning enough with what they consume.
