Jewish babies are held hostage in Gaza by the Arab population of Gaza who support the invasion of Israel and the atrocities they committed including the kidnapping of babies and holding them hostage.

Other points include the fact that Israel had its own robust judiciary so ICC involvement is unnecessary. The ICC was created as a court of last resort if such did not exist.
