It’s being talked about. Anything is possible and July is a big month for cloud seeding in Texas. It doesn't make the tragedy any less tragic and I'm not pushing conspiracy theories. Any official info about cloud seeding in that area would have been taken down by now. If unfamiliar, watch this video
