Yeah my wife and I both work long hours and raise our kid so sometimes it's a struggle to get the workout in. Putting together a half-assed home gym from used equipment has honestly been the best move. But we both are looking and feeling like our old selves a little more these days 🙂

I mentioned a few months ago that I stopped regularly weighing myself because changes in water weight etc sometimes can be discouraging. Instead I rearranged my closet by how well my shirts fit and gauged my progress by where I was on that lineup. It's a great system!

I've been taking GLP-1 meds for about 6 months now, but for 18 months I've been working out 4-6 times a week. As of today I'm down 50 lbs in that 18 months. I'm stronger than I've ever been, my BP is down, my wife says I don't snore anymore, and there exist clothes I think I actually look good in.
