I'm so sad that a company I've worked at for nearly 20 years can heartless tell people to voluntarily retire. These people have the experience that younger people lack.

Funny how my work place is doing a training on "Emotional Intelligence." Mostly everyone here behaves like 3-year-olds...

I am trying my best to say this in gentleness and love to whoever this applies to. Stop. Policing. Black. People. In. This. Political. Climate. A lot of Black folks have wisely discerned that it is time to radically rest and take care of in house business and that is OKAY.
