I have played legacy, and I gotta say I love that in spite of JKR, the devs made the game itself very supportive of trans people as a "fuck you" to JKR.
Owner of the 3 Broomsticks is a trans-woman, the NPC's use gender-neutral pronouns, and at any time you can change your character's appearance.

People who can't handle the wait show 🚩 right away. Like, if the expected completion date is supposed to be a couple weeks and it's been months, then I can understand the frustration, but even then you still gotta be polite about it.

There's definitely an etiquette between commissioner and artist that people need to realize.
