And with that my 72 hour fast is complete! Everything tastes amazing!

So I took a break from the gym at the end of January due to general illness. Ate like a trash panda for that time and now I am back at the gym! Wooo never quit!
Made it Tuesday through Friday and even started a 72 hour fast on Wednesday! I'm 50 hours into it and feeling good! Home stretch time!

I'm impressed by daily post makers. I try to have that regularity but sheesh my days are so varied. Not a complaint mind you but rather a flex for adaptability.

Had a wonderful lunch with my dad today. He is battling cancer (and winning the fight) its good to see him staying positive and planning for the future of a full retirement and traveling.

The positive of today is enjoying time spent with loved ones!

Today's positive post has to do with stabbing! I am enjoying my son's fencing meet. Thus far he has stabbed more than getting stabbed!

Missed yesterday but that is mostly on account of streaming 13 hours on twitch after making affiliate! Lots of fun and super enjoyed chatting with friends!

With my wife on retreat this week, Sylvie has been hanging around her stuff in an effort to summon her back. She is such a snuggle bug!

Soni have been playing hardcore wow and streaming it. Just came across this after organizing my gamer bookshelf. Hehe wonder how much of it is current for hardcore classic! Never grow up!

Currently surviving with -9 °F temps reminds me that nature for humans is an extremely delicate balance. I enjoy the cold air as it clears my thoughts. However its so cold I tend to only have one thought outside... Get inside! Stay safe and stay warm!

Thor doesn't like super snuggles but he does demand morning belly pets. He was purr very loudly at flop down like this when it's time.

Todays Goodness: cherishing the knowledge my puppers trusts me enough to sleep under my desk :D
