So the problem is Bluesky doesn’t use ActivityPub which is the most widely used protocol across the fediverse. Instead they use their own AT Protocol (at far as I remember) which means you can’t currently follow people from mastodon (or maybe I’m doing something wrong).

It actually depends on who you’re following, I haven’t had a chance to set up Bluesky properly yet. But on Mastodon it’s pretty great (the regular crowd). Can follow people across several servers.

I’ve found that Mastodon and Bluesky are right at the top of the list for me, Twitter and Threads are sort of annoying now.
