I’m so sorry! 😢. It sounds like your ex may have been a bit of a narcissist? IMHO a partner should ALWAYS nurture the other in that they are appreciated, highly valued, and always more than enough. That sucked for U! Hope your ex encounters the karma train, as you have such beautiful qualities.
