Clearly, Putin isn't paying attention to the Trump admin. He is playing rope-a-dope & continuing a brutal series of attacks on Ukraine, which are clearly war crimes. Hopefully the Trump admin will push them hard harder for a cease-fire and come to negotiations. www.nytimes.com/2025/04/13/w...
