Hope all is well, back in March I had a cardiac event as well and it was scary but didn't make me pass out, can only imagine how you felt, get well soon.
When all is doom and gloom, I bring on some music and pet my cats to calm down and feel better while trying to refocus my mind to more constructive things like a project I could be working on, using my mind to imagine it all coming together piece by piece and jotting notes until it is done.
