Then all this was for nothing.

It's in the article if you want to read it. Whether there are issues for you or not is your opinion. But it's clear now that we're going nowhere in these replies, sorry for wasting your time.

During our discussions, reading the article itself would have benefited you more (assuming you haven't read it). It's merely a play on words meant to attract interest in an article highlighting the issues AEW has faced leading up to the show. Which, imo, makes the use of the word shambles fair game.

The headline isn't misleading based on what's covered in the article. The event hasn't gone exactly how those who purchased tickets and I would assume AEW thought it would turn out. That's my opinion on the headline which I'll admit can be viewed as baiting, but believe it serves what's written.

If you're not interested in an article based purely on the headline, then fine. However, nothing in the article calls for the fans of AEW to react this way.

You didn't answer my question on if you read the article which I guess doesn't matter since you already have an opinion towards her. The screenshots you shared are weak to put it nicely when it comes to AEW criticism and if you have that strong of an opinion towards her, this doesn't show it at all.

Did you read the article? There's nothing in it that disparages AEW unfairly when it comes to how they handled this event. The posts you screenshotted of her AEW criticisms weren't bad either. But to each their own for hardcore AEW fans (would consider myself one as well, just not to this degree).

You two may have more in common than you realize.

What's your obsession with this dude? Even commenting on stuff you're not watching is not a great measure of honest discussion.

I've had a positive experience using Twitter. As a general fan of pro wrestling it's still the more ideal place for exclusive content as well. AEW had to make the move cause of the large number of AEW fans migrating, but haven't had the same impact with other promotions. Doubt it will either.

Bobby went into greater detail answering similar questions. I don't know Kate, but it's important where and how these types of questions are asked cause some may feel more comfortable going into detail in another space where full context is understood. I didn't like it being asked here.

For a paying audience chanting that specially, I don't mind it. Saying it as someone who isn't a fan on Punk personally. Thought you were above 'virgin' talk, but guess not.

There are so many social platforms that I doubt other promotions will create another account for Bluesky. It's too much effort, time, and money to bother unless Bluesky compensates those to start actively posting.

Really have to look at yourself in these situations.

Presentation is flat which makes it hard for me to get interested in her match-ups. Her most important match-ups to date (Baker at All-In and Shida at All-Out) were disappointing as well, imo.

I'm a huge Moné fan, but not going to lie about her run so far which had been middle of the road for me.

This is Twitter discourse. It's even formatted as such to get engagement as this is second-hand information.

Is this the only measure for fans to utilize? Just doesn't seem like a very reliable platform to base a general rating of.

As a fan, I didn't think 2023 was a great year for AEW. Some sparingly good stuff, but there were a lot of missteps that nearly turned me off them for good. Anything would've been a step up for AEW, imo.

Users can opt out of third parties using their data, but the fear some have is interesting. I guess those who opted to monetize their accounts are more worried than users who haven't because of ID verification.

There are more accounts on Twitter and fewer here. Your followers will see your post here since there's a higher chance of people seeing it (even engaging) despite the huge difference in followers. That's why notifications are important on Twitter.
