It shows clear intent. In that moment he fired angrily. He was not in danger nor was he struck by the vehicle. At bare minimum its second degree murder. (Trump actually said he was struck and injured while calling the victim a terrorist.)

People that don't have to struggle to pay for healthcare don't understand how devastating it is. I had friends that would forego treatments for years rather than go into debt. Then when the worst happens, people say "why didn't they see a doctor?" Like, shame on them. For being poor I guess.
