like i love dnd and it feels greatly built for shorter, early level campaigns, but falls flat the longer a campaign goes. pathfinder feels daunting to enter but becomes great for long-term campaigns

it also feels nice that the way i'll be levelling is kinda unknown bcus multiclassing into whatever the hell seems just as viable as doing a singular class route, so there's things i can change if my character changes w/o feeling like i am gutting their actual utility
