a creamy potato and leek soup, called vichyssoise :) the only extra equipment you need is a blender of some sort. it's traditionally served cold but i grew up eating it hot as well. big comfort food for us !

Life is full of struggles and it is also full of beauty. You are doing the best you can, and that is all you can do. Find solace in that. Failure and pain is a part of growth, and even though it's exhausting, you will be better on the other side. You just gotta make it til then, and keep going. :)
