This is the first time WFP is collaborating with The Radio Community (TRC) in Wedweil, Aweil - Northern Bahr-el-Ghazel. The TRC community correspondents at Akol Yam FM in Aweil actively gather feedback from refugees and returnees. The feedback focus is on WFP assistance. WFP is committed to ensuring beneficiaries' Protection. It covers essential areas such as food, cash assistance, Protection, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), and overall humanitarian aid. This feedback includes complaints, requests, suggestions, concerns, and appreciation, and is shared with relevant aid agencies to ensure they respond appropriately. This bulletin marks the first issue of the collaboration and is aimed at enhancing communication and accountability between humanitarian services and the communities they serve.
