Crikey, so $2 is clearly a lie... but in comparison, here in the UK, by my calculation at todays exchange rates, it's around $6.75 per Gal (US): i.e. 3.785412 litres @ £1.35 Diesel $7

A narcissist is like an extreme form of extravert having outsourced essential human functions such as the energy supply of core values (integrity). He runs on other people's energy, destabilising them into compromised positions, feeding off their stress as their integrity is undermined. No Empathy.

Horrifying indeed - even more so if we consider the possibility they're not so much ignoring history as using it for know-how, to do as much damage as possible quickly, to fast-forward to fascistic oligarchy. Not himself of course, he's just there to suck the life out of humanity.
