In my attempt to use up all the 3 lbs of sour cream from Costco, I just made a chocolate pound cake using almost all expired ingredients (the butter *was* in the freezer). The batter tastes great! 🤤

It boggles my mind that some doctors are ok with using an assistant to take a patient’s history. Using a scribe is one thing, but outsourcing a history is completely different. It’s a terrible practice.

Yes. But we should absolutely criticize the narrative that post-menopausal women are in any way defective.

I forced myself to listen to that horrid Douchhat podcast yesterday to try to get some insights into how these women think, and my conclusion is that they are simply deranged by a wish to be in proximity to what they mistakenly perceive as supremacy (I am sorry, did I misspell his name?)

Spending $200 million for a 26-acre campus with 900 beds. That is $222,000 per bed. Simply providing people with free apartments sounds a lot cheaper.
