It’s not really a privacy leak. Anyone can find this information by paying $10 on BC Online. The real difference is that the website issue meant people could get this information for free without paying.

The public deserves to be free from random attacks. People should not be granted bail if there is a violence related charge pending or have skipped bail on a violence related charge. They should receive the help they need. It should be the same for people on parole (unless there’s some intervention)
