This happens so much to me. I get a lot of inspiration to work on stuff when I'm already past my bedtime.

Retro didn't make the Switch port

Both. Because I have a better understanding of the effort and complexity behind things I tend to baser my judgement on that. If something is like an easy fix, then I'm less forgiving but if it would entail months of skilled labor then I'm like "I get it".

I use Figma and as far as I'm aware, its the most widely used software for this purpose. I could give you a bit of a walkthrough if you'd like.

I remember being blown away by how well the FMV's and game graphics worked together. I wish they had continued that approach for the following titles.

Just played it and it was really cool! Apart from a few of things, it felt like it could've been made by Nintendo, which is wild! Great job!

I jumped into Lucky's Tale a little bit on Quest 2 but I've finished New Super Lucky's Tale.

Is this New Super Lucky's Tale?

Except the developer probably didn't steal the shampoo from the store that sold it.

Do you wanna have input and be involved with my game? (3D platformer)

When I saw it at first and I was realizing he was about to die, I was like "NOOOO" but it was so beautifully done. 10/10.

Everytime I think about how they did the way his (coat? cape?) flies away. Mark Hamill is clearly wearing it at first but at some point I assume they transition to a CG sim.

I'm only like two hours in maybe so I can't speak for the game in full but I feel like some people don't recognize that it's trying to so something different and comparing it to Arceus or ScVi is like an apples and oranges situation.

A lot of games that are listed as Unsupported will work too. ProtonDB is a great resource where people share how they get games working if they are listed as Unsupported.

Certainly. Anything PS3 era and earlier will max out on the Deck as long as it supported at all. PS4 era and newer will need more care when picking settings and resolution.

A lot of the requirements for Steam Deck Verified are unrelated to performance. A lot of games only listed as playable are so cause they have a launcher that you'll have to use the touch screen to navigate or trackpad, as Jason said, text might be too small or similar user experience issues.

Considering the 3D Mario team was responsible for DK Bananza, that's a bet your kid is gonna lose.
