So why isn't anybody naming candidates they like BETTER THAN GAVIN NEWSOM? Not some fantasy pick, but someone with a realistic chance. At least Newsom is out there throwing punches. I'd love to hear some names instead of "find somebody better."

"Merit?" Tucker Carlson's son Buckley (how cute) was recently hired to a cushy advisor job for J.D. Vance. I'm willing to bet he didn't go through a competitive hiring process. Your people just hire well-connected cronies. Merit? I don't think so.

Some wanted to punish the Democrats because of Gaza. More Gazans would be alive today under a Harris administration. But for some people, being morally superior is more important than doing anything of substance.

Not to gloat, but if the fans of Tucker Carlson had gotten off their lazy fat asses, cancelled contracts, pressured advertisers, showed up at studios and corporate offices -- like Jimmy's fans did, bow-tie boy might still have his job. Unfortunately for Tucker, MAGA are tough talk but no action.

100% made in USA furniture is expensive, and is going to become MORE EXPENSIVE when the low price imported brands disappear. A high percentage of workers in US furniture factories are Hispanic, non-English speaking and undocumented, so there's that too.

This is how billionaires harass people. Sure, a judge will eventually throw this thing out, but before that, the target has to hire lawyers, gather documents, depose witnesses and prepare for trial.

For decades, conservatives have pushed replacing the income tax with a flat tax. The less you make, the higher % of your income is taxed. The rich pay even less than they do now. Tariffs are in essence flat taxes, impacting the poor the most. Billionaires rejoice, but it sucks for everyone else.

Yes, I realize right wingers hate all LGBQT variants. But that's not politics, its bigotry (or moral rectitude, depending on your viewpoint). But, if you make a claim, the burden to explain it is on you. What's conservative or liberal about being transgender?

Everybody wants to blame it on the people they don't like. MAGA is trying mightily to paint him as part of a lefty movement. There's no solid evidence today of his political leanings or co-conspirators. Everybody be patient.
