My weakest body part is my back which makes “back day” my least favorite day! I am happy to report that I was able to lift heavier than previous workouts. This translates to me feeling good about the workout - which is always a good thing!

Arms & Legs on the same day! I’m still amazed - yes 22 days into this workout calendar - that the trainer puts arms and legs on the same day! I’m not saying it doesn’t work, I’m just amazed by it!

In a large pan over low heat add the sugar, water and cinnamon and stir. Stir until the sugar is dissolved into the mixture. Then add the pecans and stir for about 5 minutes making sure every pecan is covered in the mixture and there is no liquid left in the pan.

Yin yoga on a rest day! My 62 year old body needs time to recover and taking a yoga class helps with that recovery! The long holds and stretches of the practice help me recover from the last 10 days AND prepare me for the next 10 days!
