Fwiw kmart has (had?) Some decent sized ones for like $15. They're cheaply made but functional

Tattooists are artists, and if ur commissioning something they'll be the one to draw it. Most will do a design you bring to them too though

Think it mostly bugs me on a semantic level, but also yeah the idea of reducing sexuality to tropes is pretty othering. It's confusing genre with porn categories lol
