After 13 years I left FedEx 1 year ago.
When I was leaving, my Director attempted to sell me on staying citing the stability of my FedEx job (vs the startup I left for). Then they outsourced my ex-team.
You don't owe your company ANYTHING. I used to think of myself as a "company man". No longer.
