He didn’t react normally cuz I think he has Alzheimer’s dementia or something so he’s sorta wandering around clueless as to what’s going on around him. Not that I feel sorry for him. Just saying that’s why he looks sorta outta touch. The White House is lying about his physical and cognitive health
