Another thing I noticed is the stair access for the townhouses. I wonder if they should bring them to ground level for better accessibility for everyone. It seems like an oversight we don't talk about enough for developments, especially residential.

Yeah. That's much more than what was required. I believe previously, the requirements were 0.5 spaces/unit. Bear in mind, these are residential units on top of a transit terminal and potential future rail station.

My major gripe is the insane amount of parking, especially in the western tower which creates a large blank facade. Parking requirements have been removed from residential property. This would be a better example of transit oriented development if the parking was traded for more housing.
