If you aren't running your games off a nvme drive nowadays, your SSD or HDD is likely the bottleneck.

But like also, people with 3090s are having issues too so..... also, having super fast storage makes such a difference. Most games are limited but storage speeds (imagine pushing GB of textures a second over a interface that only does 300mb a sec).it's all how fast you can push that data to your GPU
