he definitely does! the idea for this comic came to me when the dynamy short first came out and i took this zine as an opportunity to draw it! the details have changed a bit but the overall idea is still the same ^w^

three digital doodles: on the top, a colored doodle of a toddler kirishima hugging a teary dynamy as they sleep. on the bottom, two sketches of toddler kirishima giving dynamy a kiss on the forehead, only for dynamy to transform into a toddler katsuki, dressed in his signature hero costume. they're both equally shocked by it.

Tweet 1: baby katsuki goes on a trip w his parents and pisses off the wrong kid, who turns him into dynamy
(maybe there's a halloween party of sorts n katsuki is wearing a prototype of his hero costume bc even as a kid he's That Extra and, well. his parents Are in the fashion industry)
Tweet 2: anyway the kid takes inspiration from his hero costume and uses their quirk on him. they try to hide him as to not get in trouble for it, inevitably causing him to get lost and end up stumbling onto baby eijirou
Tweet 3: ei takes an immediate liking to the foul-mouthed creature but his parents don't trust it not to be some ill-intentioned person's trap and want nothing to do with it.
ei loves his parents, but for maybe the first time in his life goes against their wishes, sneaks out at night +
Tweet 4: + and brings cold, hungry and terrified dynamy home. he feeds him and tries to get him to sleep under the bed so that his parents don't see him, but poor katsuki is also just a kid and after the day he's had isn't too fond of the darkness down there.

Tweet 5: eventually ei takes pity in his whines and tucks him into bed alongside him.
he manages to keep him hidden for a couple days, during which katsuki is desperately trying to think of a way to tell him what's going on, knowing his parents' trip will be over soon.
Tweet 6: somewhere along the line, he starts to see ei less as a means to going back to normal and more as a friend of sorts, genuinely enjoying the boy's company.
unfortunately ei's parents figure him out and tell him to take katsuki back where he found him.
Tweet 7: under his parents' watchful eyes, ei does so, giving dynamy a small, innocent kiss goodbye.
and boom, katsuki's back to normal
was it bc of the kiss? quirk's time ran out? emotional development? fuck if i know lol
Tweet 8: anyway ei's parents immediately recognize the kid from all the missing child alerts in the area and contact his parents, who of course were worried sick and obviously wouldn't go back home without him :)

Page 5: Kirishima opens the closet door to find Dynamy crying. Dynamy swears at him and Kirishima thinks that he might be scared after all, but Dynamy insists that he isn't, he just wants to go home. Kirishima can't understand any of it, since Dynamy can only talk in swears, but he feels for the creature, climbing into the closet to hug him and reassure him that it's okay to be scared, and that he gets scared too.

Page 6: Kirishima smiles at Dynamy, saying it's better to be together with someone else, so they could be scared together to make things easier. He then flops down onto the pillows and takes Dynamy down with him. Dynamy thinks he's a weirdo, but agrees that it's not too bad to think like that, and goes back to sleep with his tail slung around Kirishima.

Page 3: Dynamy sees the bed and yawns. Kirishima notices, and says that it would be risky to let Dynamy sleep on the bed, since his mom checks in on him during the night sometimes, but he has made a nest in his closet for Dynamy to sleep, which he presents proudly to an unamused Dynamy.

Page 4: Kirishima notices the lack of reaction and wonders if Dynamy is afraid of sleeping in the closet, to which Dynamy gets offended and jumps in the nest to prove that he's not scared. Kirishima then wishes him goodnight and goes to sleep. A couple hours later, Kirishima is woken up by sniffling coming from the closet, and he drowsily goes to check it out.

Page 1: A young Kirishima peeks around a corner, making sure that no one is in the living room, then tells someone to follow him quietly. We get narration from a 6 year old Bakugou, introducing himself and explaining his situation; he was in a Halloween party dressed up in a prototype of his future hero suit, and pissed off the wrong kid by mocking their All Might costume. The kid then used their quirk on him.

Page 2: The kid's quirk turned Bakugou into Dynamy, a small grenade-like creature that speaks only in swears. The kid tried to hide him away to avoid getting in trouble, which caused Dynamy to get lost and Kirishima to find him, dressed in a vampire costume. Kirishima was pulled away by his parents, who thought Dynamy might be dangerous, but he later returned alone and brought Dynamy home. Back to the present, Kirishima shows Dynamy his room, hoping that his parents didn't hear him leave.
