If this isn’t a red flag 🚩 regarding the future of the Affinity software suite, I don’t know what is:

I asked customer support what to do about the trial expiring and not being able to purchase the suite, and they gave me the ridiculous answer of "send us all your files and we'll re-export them in a standard format". I don't really want to email all of my design files to support??? It's such a weird response, why not just extend the trial period until the announcement?
