The Galactica from Battlestar Galactica (specifically the 2004 reboot).

It is a rugged, heavily armored warship designed for space combat and long-term survival. It has a distinctly industrial and utilitarian aesthetic, emphasizing function over form. The Galactica has a long, flattened, and somewhat boxy central body with a heavily plated exterior. The hull is covered in battle scars, dents, and wear, showcasing its long service history. Two massive, elongated flight pods (or hangars) extend from either side of the main body. These are connected to the ship via large retractable arms, which allow the pods to retract during FTL (Faster-Than-Light) jumps. The ship is equipped with heavy armor plating, making it one of the toughest vessels in the Colonial Fleet. The bridge and command tower are integrated into the upper midsection of the hull, with a relatively small external profile compared to more traditional sci-fi starships. Four large sublight engine thrusters are located at the rear, providing the ship’s main propulsion.

Shagrath, the lead vocalist for Dimmu Borgir (a tall, slender man with long black hair and tattoos) is seen wearing corpse paint and a giant upside down cross necklace, acting as a "patient" in a medical fetishist scene. Seems to me Thune is saying "I plan to use my powers as Senate Majority Leader". Dems should have no block or obstructions on the hearing themselves, but we should fight like hell during those hearings. Source article linked below.

Recess appointments are a process under which Senate leadership would dismiss the chambers and allow Trump to appoint his nominees without the need to go through Senate confirmation. And avoiding them, Thune emphasized, would require the cooperation of Democrats. If they attempted to block or obstruct hearings, he was keeping his options open."
